Public Offer Agreement

The Shopaa service (https://shopaa.net) provides users with access to a platform for creating and managing online stores on a subscription basis (SaaS service).

By registering and using the service, you accept the terms of this Agreement in full.

The service is provided under the following terms:

• Free: free of charge, up to 20 products, up to 50 orders per month.
• Pro: 990 ₽/month — up to 500 products, unlimited orders, all features.
• Business: 2990 ₽/month — unlimited everything, priority support.

A refund is possible within 3 (three) calendar days from the moment of payment, if the service was not used (the store was not published, no orders were received).

A refund is not provided if: more than 3 days have passed since payment; the service was actively used (store published, orders received); the terms of this Agreement were violated.

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your account email and transaction number. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Shopaa is a SaaS service (software as a service). Physical delivery of goods is not carried out. Access to the service is provided immediately after successful payment through the personal account on the website.

The user undertakes to:

• Not use the service to sell prohibited goods and services.
• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Not violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
• Comply with the legislation of their country of residence.

Shopaa ensures service availability of at least 99% of the time per month. The service is not responsible for the actions of sellers and buyers in stores created through the platform.

It is prohibited to create stores for the sale of:

• Goods and services prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the user's country.
• Alcohol, tobacco, narcotic substances.
• Counterfeit goods and replicas.
• Goods that violate copyright.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Shopaa may change the terms of the Agreement. Notice of changes is sent to the user's email no later than 7 days before they take effect.
